Michael is a multi disciplinary designer, with industry experience across broadcast, online and print media, currently residing in Berlin, Germany.

Studied Multimedia Design at the National School for Film & Television, Swinburne University, and has worked as a designer for Madman Entertainment (2004-2008), a motion designer at Nine Network Australia (2008-2010) & Tilt Design Melbourne (2011).
Since completing his honours degree in 2003, Michael has also worked in a freelance capacity, with clients directly and collaborating with agencies, these clients include:
- Lonely Planet
- Woods Bagot Architects
- Discovery Channel
- Hitachi
- Samsung
- National Australia Bank
- BHP Billiton
- Environmental Protection Agency Australia
- Globe Industries.
The name "My Uncle" is a salute to the 1958 film "Mon Oncle" by French director, Jacques Tati. Mon Oncle was one of my favorite films when growing up and it reminds not to be too serious, in a very serious world.
